The SharkBite® U3016LF Lead-Free Brass Push-to-Connect Slip Coupling is designed to join or repair piping together without the need of soldering, glue, tape, or clamps. The U3016LF allows up to 2" of the damaged pipes to be removed and repaired. Simply insert the slip coupling on to the pipe and using the SharkBite demount clip to slip the fitting back onto the other end of pipe completing the connection. Unlike many plumbing connectors, SharkBite® fittings can be rotated after assembly to make installation quick and easy. Slip end of the U3016LF is only suitable for Copper and CPVC piping.
